Julia Calomiris
From the age of five, Washington D.C native Julia Calomiris, has been captivated by the game of golf.
Growing up in a family full of golfers, Julia found herself falling in love with the game when she began
playing tournaments at the young age of ten years old. Something that Julia loves about the game of golf is the mental and physical challenges it brings. Although she tried many other sports, golf was the game that captured her heart, and her mind.
Some of her favorite moments throughout her career include; winning the Navy Spring Invitational (2021) and the Congressional Country Club Women’s Club Championship (2019). Additionally, she was pleased to receive the WDCGA Award all four years of college and made the Dean’s List all four years, as well.
As a 2022 graduate of Towson University, Julia is excited to have the opportunity to continue to play the game she loves, working for Backswing Golf Events. She is also looking forward to having the chance to connect with, and support, local businesses, and charities throughout the community. Julia loves that Backswing is giving female professionals the opportunity to grow within the game she loves!

Brenna Lervick is a professional golfer from Minnesota who currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona pursuing her dream of playing on the LPGA Tour. Brenna already has more than 5 second place finishes in her professional career. While Brenna plays competitively, she works at BackSwing Golf Events to support and fundraise for causes she cares about.
While at University of South Dakota, where Brenna completed her Bachelor’s and four years of collegiate golf, Brenna had 4 collegiate wins, and set records in the University of South Dakota’s golf history. Brenna holds all records in the University of South Dakota golf Hall of Fame for her incredible performance on the course as well as her academics. She was named Summit League Academic All-Conference.
Playing golf with her dad and brother, Brenna fell in love with the competitiveness and creativeness that golf brings out of her. Brenna is excited to use these skills in order to create the most fun and energetic atmosphere out on the course for BackSwing Golf Events.
